First Time Login (Password setup)

First time Navigator users must set up both a Password and Security Questions. You must use the link from the user account created email in order setup your new password. Then you are directed to the setup Security Questions page.

Strong Passwords are required. A password must adhere to the following rules:

  1. Minimum 8 characters
  2. Must contain three of the following:
    1. At least one uppercase letter (from A to Z)
    2. At least one lowercase letter (from a to z)
    3. At least one number (from 0 to 9)
    4. At least one non-alphabetic character (ex., !, $, #, %, etc.)

Passwords expire every 60 days by default, unless otherwise specified by the client.

Passwords may not be duplicated. The system remembers the past 24 passwords.
  1. Confirm your Password.
  2. Click Submit.
