Forgot Username

If you forgot your username, you may enter your name, email address, and answer your security questions and the system reminds you what your username is.

If you do not enter the correct First name, Last name or Email address, or if there are two users with the exact same First name, Last name, and Email address, a message states the system cannot verify your identity. If you do not answer the security questions with the correct answers, a message states we are unable to verify your security question responses.   1. You are returned to the login page and your username is displayed in the message at the top of the screen. View Navigator Login page, you may now log in with your username.View Navigator Login page, you may now log in with your username.
