Note

File viewing applications may have auto formatting settings that may alter the display of data. For example, leading zeros on a number may be deprecated or stripped out or a date format could be changed. Modifying these settings in your application, or importing the *.csv file as text into your application can help you view the data as desired. For example if you have a PAC with leading zeros (00012345), if you open the file using Microsoft Excel the leading zeros will be stripped out. PAC export file descriptions

The table below describes each of the fields that are included in the PAC export file.

Note

Users will only see values in the user data columns (UserEmail, UserFirstName, and UserLastName) if the last edited user's authorization is at the same level or below that of the viewer/exporter. For example, if a VUE Super User were to make alterations to a PAC, a client administrator or standard PAC user would not see values in the user data columns. The VUE Super User can see values in the user data columns for changes made by any user. A standard PAC user will only see values in the user data columns for changes they have made to any PACs.
