Login to Pearson VUE Navigator
You cannot login to the Pearson VUE Navigator portal until after you have configured your Password and Security Questions and accepted the Navigator Use Agreement.
Note |
The only way to access the first-time user Password configuration screen is by clicking on the link in the email. If you cannot find the system generated email, you must contact your Client Administrator or your Pearson VUE Program Manager to have them reset your account and regenerate the email. |
Note |
The Navigator use agreement requires new users that logon for the first time and existing users that logon for the first time after the production release to agree to the Navigator Use Agreement or they are prevented from logging on to the Navigator portal. You will also see the Navigator Use Agreement page appear every time the use agreement is updated and you must accept the updated user agreement in order to access the Navigator portal. |
- Open a web browser and navigate to the Pearson VUE Navigator URL https://navigator.pearsonvue.com. The Navigator Login page appears.
Note |
As a best practice, you may want to bookmark the URL so you can easily access the Pearson VUE Navigator applications. |
- If this is your first time logging in to Navigator, or if the cookies have been cleared from your web browser, click the I understand button to acknowledge that you consent to Pearson's use of cookies.
- Enter your Username and Password and click Login.
- If you enter an incorrect username or password, a Login Failure message appears. Correct the Username or Password and then click Login again.
Note |
The user account is locked after 5 unsuccessful attempts to login. You must use the Forgot Password or Forgot Username links to reset your password or retrieve your user name. If you still have issues, contact your Client Administrator to reset your account in User Management. |
- If the Two-step verification page appears, a new verification code is issued and emailed to the email address on file for your user profile.
Note |
In addition to a Username and Password, a system generated Verification code is required. Navigator automatically generates and applies the system generated Verification code. Every user must have a verification code for each browser on each workstation where the Navigator portal is launched. If you have not logged in to Navigator in the past 30 days, or if you are logging in to Navigator on a different internet browser, a new verification code is issued and sent to your email address. See Request a new verification code topic for details on requesting a new verification code. |
- Locate the Verification Code email that was sent to you. If you did not receive an email, click Request another code.
- Copy the Verification code in the email.
- Go back to the Two-step verification page and paste the Verification code in the field and click Verify.
- If you have already configured your Password and Security Questions and cannot remember your username or password, click the Forgot Password or Forgot Username links and follow the instructions in the Forgot Password or Forgot Username topics.
- The first time you log in to the Navigator portal, the Navigator Use Agreement page opens.
- You must read through the entire use agreement and click Accept to proceed with using the Navigator portal.
- If you click Cancel, a message asks you to agree to the Navigator Use Agreement. Click the Navigator Use Agreement link to return to the Navigator Use Agreement page.
- Once you click Accept, you are logged in to the Navigator portal where you are brought to the Navigator Dashboard.
